As the Luxury Sales manager for the organization of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices\Laffey International Realty I specialize in growing agent wealth, and creating an environment to make THE AGENT more successful. Laffey International delivers more corporate opportunity, and assists agents achieve 5-Star recognition as well as streamlining their real estate process thru our state of the art technology. "Being available to support my team 24-7 is of utmost importance, as is seeing them succeed". I pride myself in creating top producers, uncovering people's strengths, overcoming their weaknesses, and empowering my team of agents to reach their potential to succeed. I LOVE WHAT I DO and am passionate about my profession, bringing a strong background in negotiating, marketing, sales and management from my previous careers in Law and public relations, helping run political campaigns in the State of Florida. I am also passionate about the community that I serve --whether as PTA President in the schools my children attended, or the synagogue we belong to, as well as the Syosset Library, as a FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY board member. I also work to make our governing realtor body at the Long Island Board of Realtors a better place to be, currently serving as the Chair of the Grievance Committee, and NY State Association of Realtors Director.
